Absara Voyages is a registered travel company in India that provides:
Tailor-made tours and holiday packages
Hotel and accommodation bookings
Transport, transfers, and local excursions
Travel consulting and support services
We act either as a principal or an intermediary between clients and independent travel service providers such as hotels, airlines, and local operators.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Euros (€) for the convenience of our international customers. Prices include applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise mentioned.
Please note:
Payments processed via Razorpay or other Indian payment gateways will be charged and converted from the Euro value at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the date of payment.
Exchange rates and international transaction fees may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Absara Voyages reserves the right to adjust prices in case of major changes in currency exchange rates, supplier costs, or government taxes.
All quotes are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation or as displayed on the website.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the selected payment plan.
Payments can be made through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking).
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.
5. Modifications by You
If you wish to make any changes to your booking (such as date, name, or accommodation type), please inform us via email as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the supplier’s policies and availability.
6. Modifications or Cancellations by Us
Absara Voyages reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, political unrest, supplier failures, or other force majeure events). In such cases, you will receive:
An alternative arrangement of similar value, or
A full refund of the amount paid (less non-recoverable supplier charges).
We are not responsible for compensation beyond the value of the booking.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy (Summary)

More than 60 days before travel: 90% refund
Between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund
Refunds exclude supplier cancellation fees.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and travel information
Obtaining valid passports, visas, and health documents
Complying with local laws and customs during travel
Absara Voyages is not liable for losses arising from incorrect documentation or failure to comply with entry requirements.
9. Third-Party Suppliers
We work with independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, local agents). Their own terms and conditions apply to your booking in addition to ours. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or changes beyond our control by third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, and design — is the property of Absara Voyages or used under license. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without permission is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Delays or service failures caused by external suppliers or force majeure
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puducherry, India.
