Absara Voyages provides digital delivery of travel-related documents — including booking confirmations, itineraries, and e-vouchers.
No physical shipping or postal delivery is involved.


 
2. Delivery Timeline

Once payment is received, your booking documents will be processed and delivered via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours.
If certain suppliers require manual confirmation (e.g., hotels or airlines), processing may take slightly longer.


 
3. Delivery Method

All confirmations and travel documents will be sent electronically.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided (email, phone number) are accurate and accessible.


 
4. Non-Receipt of Documents

If you do not receive your booking documents within 48 hours of payment, please contact our support team:

5. Amendments

Changes requested after documents have been issued (e.g., date or passenger changes) may require reissuance and may be subject to amendment fees as per supplier policy.
