This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs cancellations and refund requests for all bookings made with Absara Voyages.
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@absaravoyages.com with your booking reference number.
More than 60 days before travel: 90% refund
Between 30 and 60 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before travel: No refund
Refunds exclude non-recoverable supplier costs (e.g., airlines, hotels, or event organizers).
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation.
Actual refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
If we must cancel due to force majeure, low participation, or supplier failure, you will receive:
A full refund (less supplier deductions), or
An alternative service of equivalent value (subject to your acceptance).
If you fail to appear for your tour or leave early, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Certain services, such as:
Flight tickets
Visa fees
Event tickets
Special promotional packages
are strictly non-refundable as per supplier terms.
If travel is disrupted due to natural disasters, political events, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds or credits will be provided in accordance with supplier policies.
